My Installation are intended to push forward a perfomative way of extremsport dealing with architecture as well as the simultaneously occurring removal of the purpose of the room, delve into the same way “how it’s happening on the street”.

The installation must have the freedom to intuitively do whatever it wants to do, release all its energy within it. As soon as the Installation is started, the extreme will occur undeniably in the present. It merges with the audience and the room. The studio transforms into a stage for a discussion between space , the extreme, the palpation that occurs and the way how it leaves it’s marks. The marks of energies past, and left traces of the dynamic. The performance develops into a ‘in your face’ theatre that should play with movement and co-incidence.

The futility of movement is a dispersal of emptiness which I also want to show with humor, irony and the parody that is created from this. It gives me a way to examine the true roles of a space. The onlooker becomes an active participant in an extreme situation in a space, that should call on associations with industry, streets, traffic, exhaust fumes or fear.

The human fear of machines and the way this feeling is conquered, is used as the fuel to drive on an esthetic that surpasses old border. By crossing this boundary, one breaks a set boundary that to me, means freedom and at the same time is the driving force behind this game with architecture.
